Why Write A Blog?

“I tumble outta bed and stumble to the kitchen 
Pour myself a cup of ambition 
Yawn and stretch and try to come to life”

If you are a county fan like me you probably already recognize those words. 9 to 5 by Mis. Dolly Parton. For those who aren’t country fans, the premise of the song is for women on the job. There is a long history behind it that I won’t get into but the basics is women wanted fair working conditions and This song kind of became their anthem. That’s great. 

But… BUT… what about the jobs that aren’t 9 to 5? 

So that is where I find myself today. How do we navigate a life where someone or something is always needing our attention. Always needing our best.

Well, that’s what I’m here to discuss. Now I don’t have all the answers! I’m just figuring this life out day by day. So I hope you will stick with me and we can learn and navigate this crazy life together.
